We appreciate your business and we know you are very excited to get your Nailboxy Box quickly and safely. Once your order is placed - please allow 1-5 business days to process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email that will provide an estimated delivery date. We have absolutely no control over shipping delays via USPS and UPS. Delivery delays can occur for many reasons labor shortage, inclement weather etc.

We ship out of Las Vegas, Nevada USA. Shipping time frames vary based on location from shipping location. For example, California residents would have a shorter transit time then New York Residents based on travel distance for shipping.

*** Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands are a part of the United States, this means that we can ship to these regions for FREE, as well as APO box addresses.

If you wish to receive your NAILBOXY sooner, you do have the option to pay for Priority Shipping. Please note that paying for Priority Shipping does not speed up the processing time frame for the order, only the shipment travel time frame.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost/stolen packages, if you are experiencing a lost or stolen shipment you can file a claim through our package protection for a replacement or refund. If you did not purchase our Route Package Protection, then you will file a claim with USPS by visiting for further assistance.


All mystery items process within the same time frame as monthly subscription boxes. See information above for info.



We do ship internationally. Approved shipping regions are Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. You can shipping rates for these regions at checkout. We offer the USPS First Class International - this shipping time frame can take anywhere from 3-27 business days. Please keep that in mind when ordering from our website.

We do not offer FREE SHIPPING for international orders.
