I need some assistance with my subscription. I purchase my subscription in May, but I have not been charged for the June box, therefore I have not received it. I would like to change my payment info, and I follow the instruction left bellow from another customer, but the...view more option to “manage subscription” does not appear for me. I also see that next to my 1st order there is a message with a box that should be clicked but it remains unchecked, even if I click to check as confirmation that I want a subscription, it does not stay checked. Can you please give me a hand, I don’t want to miss June’s box or any future box.
