When will my Nailboxy order ship?
Once your Nailboxy order is placed, it will take 1-5 business days to ship. Once shipped, it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days for your order to arrive. Delays can occur during shipping due to carrier delays affected my labor, inclement weather etc.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or canceling in your customer portal. Please note that all subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling the subscription period does not refund your order- only cancels your automatic renewal for the subscription for future orders.
How do I change my address, payment method, delivery date etc?
You can manage subscription in your Customer portal. Click on the profile icon at the top of our website (or login to your account in the mobile menu) and go to "manage subscriptions" Do not login, click on the pink "manage subscriptions" link. You can view all your subscription information and make any changes you need.
I received a damaged box/ damaged items, what do I do?
Dont worry! We got you covered. Contact our customer service team: nailboxy@gmail.com. Please provide any pictures regarding the damages so we can process a replacement product or box.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to certain international regions. This includes, Canada, United Kingdom and Austrailia. We do not off FREE SHIPPING for international orders. You can view shipping rates for your regions at checkout.
